  2. Are there restricted hours for your service?
    No, we are accessible year-round, seven days a week, 24 hours each day.
  3. Are there fixed prices for the services?
    Yes. Pre-booked transfers have a fixed price, but additional pick-ups, drop-offs, or side-trips will incur additional charges.
  4. When I book your services online, what happens next?
    Once you have made your online booking, our agent reviews the request and confirms the booking in an email that contains a confirmation number that is sent to you.
  5. If our children are coming along, are child/infant safety seats provided by your company?
    Yes. We will provide you with child/infant safety seats free for up to two of your children for no additional charge. We simply request that you let us know the ages of your children so that we can supply the proper safety seats.
  6. If my flight is delayed by the airline, will I incur additional charges?
    No. We track the landing time of each flight so that we will know of delays. This allows us to send our driver over based on current landing times.
  7. At the airport, how do I tell which driver is mine?
    Your driver will be located near the airport information desk and will be carrying a board with your name, your flight information, and our Airport Transfer Luton logo on it.
  8. If I can't find my driver, what should I do?
    If you do not see a driver holding a card with your name on it, you can call us at 0044208004 9002 and our service team will help to locate your driver for you.
  9. Will there be other people sharing this transfer service?
    No. Each customer will have his or her own service. This is not a shared transfer taxi service.
  10. Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
    No. All of our vehicles have a no smoking policy that must be strictly followed by our customers.
  11. Do you do cruise ports transfers?
    Yes, we do transfer to and from all major UK cruise ports.
  12. Do you charge extra on XMAS DAY 25/DEC, BOXING DAY 26/DEC, NEW YEARS EVE 31/DEC and NEW YEARS DAY 01/JAN?
