Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations must be informed a minimum of 6 hours prior to the time of booking by telephone or email. If the journey is being cancelled 6 hours prior to the pick-up time, the payment will be fully refunded to the customer's debit/credit card.
  2. Cancellations informed 3 to 6 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: depending on the pickup distance/place/parking or other charges subject to a minimum of £10.00. This will be decided by Airport transfer Luton. The rest of the payment will be refunded to the customer's debit/credit card.
  3. Cancellations not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
  4. All refunds will be decided by the manager, and payment will be refunded to the customers debit / credit cards.
