Passengers have full responsibility to select the vehicle type that will accommodate the number of passengers in the group as well as their luggage. standard luggage assumes that 1 Medium Size luggage (If you add height + width + length should not be exceeded more than 158cms or 62 inch and the weight 30kgs or 65 lbs) and 1 piece of hand luggage 56cm(H)*45cm(W)*25cm(D) per person.
  2. All prices quoted are specified based on the understanding that the passengers will be prepared to travel at the selected time of booking. Fixed price rides must not deviate from the drivers chosen route any difference will result in the journey reverting to a fare decided by Airporttransferluton.com. Special Fares Seasonal periods mean that there is a limited number of drivers available. On December 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st as well as on January 1st, our fares will be 50% higher than our standard fares because of driver availability.
  3. When a booking is taken over the phone, attention to detail is our priority so that booking accuracy is upheld. Recording of telephone bookings may be done for verification as well as for training purposes. Airport transfer Luton may not be held liable for incorrect information that may be provided by a third party. All bookings, whether initiated by telephone or online, will be confirmed via email to the email address the passenger has provided. The email will include a confirmation of booking number.
  4. Airporttransferluton.com can not be held accountable for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains, because the private hire vehicle are not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures or being given the wrong booking information by the customer or customer booked it online and got the booking reference but customer did not get any confirmation from etc.
  5. Our vehicle: are maintain regular services and repairs. In a event of brakedown our driver or our company will arrange alternative travel arrangemet soo as possible. If passenger able to make the arrange we will refund the full payment.
  6. Vehicle type: We try our level best to provide the requested type of vehicle. But sometime you may get a biger vehicle, depending on the availability of the vehicle.
  7. Waiting Time Charges: Flight delays will not cause a passenger to incur waiting time charges. No additional charge for any flight delays. We will allow you 30 minutes for custom clearance, immigration etc, If you need more time for custom clearance, immigration etc, it can be requested in the booking form (send the driver in 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes from the flight landing time). 15 minutes from the requested time will be given free. However waiting time is allowed from the actual landing or docking time for all pickups from cruise ports or airports. If there is additional waiting time, it will be charged to the passengers at 35p per minute with a minimum of £3.00. Passengers being picked up from the hotel, office, home or other venue will not be charged for the first 15 minutes of waiting time. After 15 minutes from the time of the booking a 35p per minute charge will be added to the quoted fare, with a minimum charge of £3.00.

  8. Cancellation of the booking must be with a minimum 6 hours advance notice be made either by telephone 020 8004 9002 by calling or by email to contactus@airporttransferluton.com. These requests will be dealt with on behalf of the passenger concerned. In the event of cancellation of any booking by the Customer, compensation may be required from the Customer depending on the costs of the travel arrangements already made. It is your responsibility to inform Airporttransferluton.com if could not locate the driver or change of journey/plan or if you missed the flight/ferry/cruise connections and inform us with the new flight/ferry/cruise details we will change the journey date/time without charge. Wrong date or wrong time bookings are considered to be no-show. Bookings that have been pre-paid by debit or credit card will not receive a refund if the passenger is a no-show.
  9. Child Seats: Please note that we provide child seats free of charge as requested by the customers. We do our very best to ensure child seats are provided to the customer, but we cannot promise suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely of the customer's choice, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
  10. It is important to keep our office phone number while you are travelling. We are advising you to keep a printed copy of the confirmation email.
  11.
